FEAR - Combat Virtual Appliance

Well, the second game virtual appliance I have created is now up and running. You can download it from the same location as the Battlefield 2 server. It seems like the network code for the FEAR server seems to run much better than the BF2 network code. This one is set to a max of 8 players but that can be tweaked in the config files for the server.

Hoover Dam

Took a little trip and got to see the Hoover Dam. It is a marvel of engineering, if you are in the area I would suggest a visit to the dam to have a look. The sheer scale of it is awe inspiring and the story behind the construction of it is interesting as well.

I'll post a few more pictures at the bottom of this post. Go online and do a search on the Hoover Dam and read up on the history and the engineering scale of the entire project. The dam was finished two years ahead of schedule, just one of the things that I learned on the guided tour.
